Conference Guides – Creates conference guide based on MITS agenda and ensures publication. Limit 3 volunteers
Event Logistics – Ensures sponsor signs and other props are in place. Solicit volunteers to help at the golf tournament and summit. Limit 3 volunteers
Golf Tournament and President’s Reception – Assist with registration, tracks teams, sponsorship carts, tracks invite-only attendees to reception, etc. Limit 10 volunteers
MITS Technical Team – Works with MPAC Technical staff to support guest speakers. Set up briefing slides and mics for speakers. Limit 8 volunteers
Protocol – Coordinate with executive staffs to collect speaker bios and presentation slides. Answers general questions and makes sure speakers know details related to their presentation on stage. Limit 5 volunteers
Registration – Tracks pre-registered government and industry attendees. Helps with onsite registration. Limit 6 volunteers
Security – Assist 42nd SFS POC is ensuring only registered attendees are attending MITS. Limit 2 volunteers
Sponsorship – Tracks company sponsors for MITS, MITS social events, and Golf Tournament. Limit 3 volunteers
