    Education Foundation (EdF) Luncheon Committee Member – Assists committee lead to coordinate with scholarship winners and hotel staff. Limit 2.

    Golf Tournament/President’s reception – Assists committee lead and coordinates with Wynlakes staff, golf participants, Sponsorship, Logistics, and Protocol committees and MITS Co-chairs. Limit 10.

    Logistics – Coordinates with EdF, Golf Tournament, and Registration committees to determine how many volunteers are needed on the day of events. The team coordinates with Senior Enlisted Advisors of units across Maxwell and Gunter to gather volunteers for badge security and to support the other committees. Also coordinates with Sponsorship committee to schedule placement of sponsorship signs at the golf tournament and summit. Limit 3.

    MITS Mobile App – Assists committee lead and works with our conference app vendor to create a mobile app of the Summit agenda. It includes the MITS schedule, bio of speakers and panelists, and lists sponsors for the event. Team coordinates with Protocol and Sponsorship committees to obtain bios and sponsor logos. Of note, membership on this committee can be from a remote location. Limit 2.

    Protocol – Coordinates with guest speakers and panelists to obtain biographies and slides (if needed), ensures the hotel accommodations are secured, coordinates with Co-chairs, Program Agenda, Tech Team, Registration, and Golf committees. Also coordinates with the Mobile App and Sponsorship committee to provide speaker and panelists bios and introduction scripts. Committee members can be remote, but must be present for the Golf Tournament at Wyn Lakes on 20 May, and the Renaissance downtown for MITS on 21-22 May. Limit 5.

    Security – Coordinates with 42 SFS and OSI to ensure the event is safe and only registered attendees are present. Limit 2.

    Registration – Assists committee leads and coordinates with the vendor for registration desk and laptops, Logistics and Protocol committees, and Co-chairs. Limit 6.

    Sponsorship – Assists committee lead and coordinates with Co-Chairs, Golf and Summit sponsors, Protocol, Logistics and Mobile App committees. Limit 3.

    Technical Team – Assists committee lead and coordinates with MPAC staff and Protocol to ensure projection, mics, and presentations are ready. Also monitors incoming questions from the audience during stage events and ensures the “Voice in the Sky” is ready. Limit 4.

    Volunteers – We will need “day-of” volunteers to help with a myriad of effort (like security at the Renaissance and MPAC, or signage at the golf tournament). The Logistics committee will plan and coordinate days and shifts. If interested, please stay tuned to email blasts in early May soliciting “rank and file” volunteers.

    #16 Tee Box -- $3,500 - Company Logo sign on the tee box. Tee Box sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception.

    #17 (Par 3) Tee Box -- $3,500 - Company Logo sign on the tee box. Tee Box sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception.

    Golf Grab ‘N’ Go Breakfast -- $3,500 - Company Logo banner at entrance to the serving area. Breakfast sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the separate AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception.

    Golf Awards Lunch -- $3,500 - Company Logo banner at the awards lunch following the tournament. Sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. 

    Cart Path to Clubhouse Large Sign -- $4,000 - A 4’x9’ Banner w/Company Logo & optional tag line displayed along cart path beyond the 18th green. Very visible to all Golfers en route to 16th tee and to/from the clubhouse. Includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. 

    Drinks & Snacks Cart -- $4,000 - Company Logo sign on a Drinks & Snacks cart all day. Sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. Note: AFCEA Montgomery Chapter will furnish the drinks and snacks. Sponsor may provide 1 or 2 cart drivers for the round (to engage with Golfers for Business Development), or request Golf Committee provide drivers.

    Driving Range -- $4,000 - Company Logo Sign at the Driving Range (warm-up area for all golfers). Driving Range sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. Sponsorship also allows sponsor to host a special activity (subject to Committee and Golf Course approval) on the driving range.

    Pin Flags -- $4,000 - Company Logo on each of the 18 golf course hole ‘pin’ flags all day. Each golf group will see the corporate logo on the pin flag on each of the 18 holes. Pin flags sponsorship also includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) paid attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception.

    Golf Carts -- $5,000 - Company Logo with optional tag line on large banner at starting area of the tournament. Golf cart sponsorship includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) paid attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. 

    Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Patron sponsorships are located in the 2023 MITS Golf Tournament General Sponsorships event


    Golfer Gift-Bag Items – In addition to the sponsorships available above, companies may provide logo items to be included in Golfer Gift Bags (~150 gift bags prepared).     Diamond -- $6,000 (and above) - Custom Sign w/Company Logo and recognition beyond the standard levels of sponsorship, including logo in the Conference Guide. Diamond Level sponsorship includes four (4) golf slots and up to three (3) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. 

    Platinum -- $3,500 – A 3’x8’ Banner w/Company Logo and optional tag line displayed around putting green or practice tee, and logo in the Conference Guide. Platinum sponsorship includes three (3) golf slots and up to two (2) attendee seats at the AFCEA Montgomery President’s Breakfast Reception. 

    Gold -- $2,000 – A 3’x8’ Banner w/Company Logo displayed around putting green or practice tee and logo in the Conference Guide. Gold sponsorship includes two (2) golf slots. 

    Silver -- $1,300 – A 2’x3’ Sign w/Company Logo displayed around putting green or practice tee, and logo in the Conference Guide. Silver sponsorship includes one (1) golf slot. 

    Patron -- $700 – An 18”x24” Sign w/Company Logo at Golf Tournament.

    All other golf tournament sponsorships are located in the 2024 MITS Golf Tournament Sponsorships event.

    Contractors must register through their Golf Sponsorship package.


    As in previous years, government golfers will register and pay for their entry via the Golf Registration website. MITS Golf Sponsorship golfers will be identified as part of their sponsorship registration and payment. The best way to play golf this year is to become a MITS Golf Sponsor or work with a sponsoring teammate to use one of their available slots. We are looking forward to a great event this year and hope to see you out there!

    MITS Registration Station -- $2,500 – Corporate logo sign at Registration Station where all attendees check-in to attend MITS. 

    MITS Keynote Presenting Sponsor -- $2,000 - Company Name and optional tag-line displayed as a presenting sponsor, and ‘Gold’ recognition in the list of sponsors. A company representative provides a short introduction of the Keynote presenter (with Chapter provided script).

    MITS Tuesday Evening Social -- $3,000 - Company Logo displayed as a sponsor for the Tuesday evening social in the Renaissance Montgomery. MITS Tuesday Evening Social sponsorship includes two (2) golf slots. 

    MITS Wednesday Conference Breaks -- $1,000 - A 2’x3’ sign with Company Logo displayed on easel in break area as a sponsor for Conference breaks on Wednesday (Day 2).
